1Q:What is your advantage?
A:We are a professional and reliable factory, selling and repairing all models of laser machines with any brand. Purchasing and OEM for consumable parts is welcomed. We can also retrofit machines for your demands.
2Q: What's your MOQ?
A:Stock items are available to order from 1-10 pieces. All new customers can have a 10%-50% discount regardless of the quantity purchased.
3Q:About trade terms? delivery time?
A: Normally T/T for bulk order; Price is EXW Nanjing, China;Goods mostly in stock, delivery time is normally 1~3 working days, which depends on models and quantity.
4Q:How about the shipping?
A: We do provide international Express door-to-door, Airline and Ocean transporation; your can choose the shipping way you prefer,and different shipping way have different shipping cost.
5Q:What's the payment terms you accept?
A: We accept many payment terms: T/T(30% deposit, 70% before shippment), Trade Assurance, 100% T/T in advance; for small batch orders, Western Union, Paypal are all accepted by us. If for OEM, it will be 50% deposit, 50% before shippment.
