Installation and commissioning
Technicians can be sent to the factory for training (the first time is free of service charge). The customer only needs to provide accommodation for the engineer.
Training
Free training is provided during the warranty period. However, accommodation fees, air tickets, visa fees and other expenses need to be borne by the customers themselves.
24/7 online service
All of our laser equipment comes with a 12-month warranty. If any problem occurs with the equipment within the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement services. If the warranty period is exceeded, Guangxing Laser will send engineers to your factory as soon as possible and only charge for the parts.
Accessory supply
The IPG laser source lasts for two years. Except for optical and consumable parts, all other components are for one year. An extended serve is always optional. Free repair and replacement of parts are provided during the warranty period. Only the parts will be replaced and the freight will be borne by the customer.
