     The gas flow rate of single-layer nozzles is relatively slow and they are often used for cutting metals such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy and copper. Nitrogen is often used as an auxiliary gas. The double-layer nozzle has a fast gas flow rate and is suitable for high-speed cutting. It is often used for cutting carbon steel, and oxygen is generally adopted as the auxiliary gas.
     Here are some different tips for choosing a laser nozzle: orifine size, chrome-plated or non-chrome-plated, single nozzle or double nozzle, and the surface area of the nozzle close to the cutting area. In some cases, the internal shape that affects the flow of the auxiliary gas can also be selected, such as conical or cylindrical.
